This name change follows the recent acquisition of our business partner, PASS Stanztechnik AG, by Wilson Tool International, a globally recognized leader in tooling solutions.
While our name and branding are evolving, our commitment to delivering the exceptional quality, reliability, and service our customers have come to expect remains steadfast.

Zimco Tool will continue to serve as the exclusive authorized dealer for PASS products in the United States and Canada, offering precision-engineered, German-manufactured tooling solutions. Our valued OEM partnerships with Boschert, Prima Power, FIBRO, and Guhring will remain unchanged, and we are excited to announce plans to expand our product offerings soon to provide even greater value to our customers.
